last but not least the Duplex. The first unit is a one bedroom one
bathroom with kitchen; in the living room skylights add style. The second unit is a studio with a conventional kitchen, bathroom, and service porch. Both
units have fenced back yards. And there is plenty of parking for cars including
one area just north of the pavement larger.
